Nova Vida started as a family story. A French-Portuguese couple, four kids, and one shared passion: craft beer, brought back from northern France to Loulé, in the heart of the Algarve, where it all began. Today, that passion has in fact grown into a true craft family brewery, where every beer tells a little of our story.

We brew on a human scale — no employees, no middlemen. We design and make every beer ourselves. Then, we bottle it with care and passion, from the very first brew day to the hand-stuck label. That’s exactly what makes our craft family brewery something special. Every bottle indeed carries the mark of real craftsmanship, thought through and owned from start to finish.

Our range evolves with the seasons and our own curiosity. For example, our light blondes and hop-forward IPAs are perfect for those who love bitterness. We also offer bolder beers for winter evenings. Finally, for the more adventurous, some of our creations are flavoured with thyme, carob or Portuguese ginja. Every new recipe is first dreamed up, tested and tasted right here at the brewery before it reaches the taps. Come discover all our beers and find the one that’s right for you.
